Mr. Montana is a Drilling Supervisor Manager with over thirty years of considerable experience in drilling, completions and workovers of oil and gas wells across the globe. He has been exposed to shallow, deep, vertical, directional, horizontals and multilateral wells and has faced challenging drilling environments such as well tectonics, HPHT, and sour gas.

Mr Montana has worked for major multinational oil and gas exploration and production companies as well as for several of the world's largest oil field services companies on projects located in Colombia, Ecuador, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela.  In addition he has been engaged as a Drilling Engineering Instructor in Pau, France.
